customers. Our merchandise is carefully inspected before shipping.
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item (with receipt)
within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
To return an item by mail, please repackage it, enclose the packing slip, and
send it back to us. Our return address is Elements Import Company, 76 Carlisle
Road, Westford, MA 01886. We will refund or credit the value of the item, including
taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable. You may also return items purchased
